CONSTRUCTION ANALYSIS

GOODYEAR LEATHER WELT
TRADITIONAL RANGE

Products - EYRE
One piece leather upper cement lasted to welt ribbing laminated and stitched to a butt leather insole which has Poron foam laminated to it for extra comfort. Leather welt Goodyear stitched to ribbing and upper. Cork filling applied and a Carbon Fibre moulded shank attached. Oak tanned butt leather mid-sole laminated to base of boot. Cork Rubber sole laminated to leather mid-sole. Mid-sole and sole welt outsole stitched (for extra strength and durability). Heel is then laminated to the sole and internally screw nailed using hardened buttress cling nails

GOODYEAR WELT 
JACKAROO RANGE


Products - Archer, Wilton, Gwydir, Peel.
Australian leather upper cement lasted to welt ribbing laminated and stitched to a water proof composite insole which has Poron foam laminated to it for extra comfort. Welt Goodyear stitched to ribbing and upper. Cork filling applied and a Carbon Fibre moulded shank attached. Oak tanned butt leather mid-sole laminated to base of boot. Cork Rubber sole laminated to leather mid-sole. Mid-sole and sole welt outsole stitched (for extra strength and durability). Heel is then laminated to the sole and internally screw nailed using hardened buttress cling nails

Oak tanned butt leather mid-sole laminated to base of boot. Mid-Sole Blake stitched (internally sewn) to base of boot right through to leather insole. Cork Rubber sole is then attached to the leather mid-sole. Both mid-sole and sole is then brass wire screwed to base of boot through to leather insole. Mid-sole and sole is then outsole welt stitched (for extra strength and durability) Heel is then laminated to the sole and internally screw nailed using hardened buttress cling nails.

CLOSE EDGE TRIMMED AND BRASS WIRE SCREWED.
