RETURNED GOODS POLICY

Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase in original condition, unused, with the original tags & packaging. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund. Please note that the refunded amount applies to product(s) only, any shipping costs will not be refunded.  Exchanges

If you need a different size or a new item altogether we allow one free exchange. The most efficient way for you to get it fast, is to send it back with the return form filled out to Harold Boot Company. 71 Weston Avenue Tullamarine. Vic 3043. Make sure you put a note in telling us what you wish us to do.

 Faulty Products

If there is a fault with a product contact us first before sending back.

Returns Process – Australian Orders

  1. Print the Returns Form, fill out the details.
  2. Send the product back to us with the ‘return form’ included. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed properly to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. (a charge will apply for damaged goods or boot box)

  4. Once received, your return will be processed for a refund or a replacement product sent depending on your instructions.

Returns Process – International Orders
